BillTracker ("the Service") is a bill-tracking and reminder application provided for personal and household use. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service with a parent/guardian's permission, to create an account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service is intended for personal/household bill tracking only. You agree not to:
If you connect a Gmail account, you authorize BillTracker to scan for bill-related emails (read-only) and send reminder emails on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access anytime via your Google Account permissions or the app's settings.
BillTracker is a tracking and reminder tool, not a financial, accounting, or legal service. Bill detection (via Gmail scanning) and reminder emails are provided for convenience only.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that bill detection will be accurate, that reminder emails will be delivered on time or at all, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are solely responsible for verifying your own bills and payment due dates — do not rely on BillTracker as your only method of avoiding late payments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillTracker and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including late fees, missed payments, or financial loss — arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy for how).
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
